Pioneers is our Out of School and Holiday Club, providing children between the ages of 4-11 a fun and exciting environment to play and relax before and after school.

Pioneers have a play room with a creative area, games station and role play corner, a dining room and free flow access to our large outdoor garden space, which has large fixed play equipment, vegetable plots and planters, a natural woodland area and large lawn for outdoor games.

We believe in working collaboratively with the children to ensure the environment meets their needs and interests, and so actively encourage them to tell us what they think and suggest changes we can make to ensure it’s as engaging and exciting as possible. 

Pioneers Club is open for breakfast from 7:30am Monday – Friday and the After School Club runs to 6pm throughout the school year.

At both breakfast and teatime we provide our children nutritious home cooked food, utilising locally sourced ingredients to ensure the children enjoy a healthy, balanced diet, and are set up for a great day at school each day. We also ensure we can cater for any and all individual dietary needs and food allergies to make sure no one misses out.

We are also proud to offer a Pioneers Holiday Club. Opening at 8am and staying open till 6pm every week day during school holidays (excluding Bank Holidays), children can come and enjoy all the usual Pioneer provision, as well as lots of exciting activities and trips out to places like the seaside, bowling, farm visits, visits to the woods, water fun and barbecues!
