Extra Hours: £6/hour (subject to availability, must be booked in advance)
Late Payment Fee: £25 (per 10 days late)
Bounced/Cancelled Direct Debit or Cheque: £10 admin fee
Late Pick-Up Fee: £0 (We don’t believe in penalising parents for traffic, and would rather rely on your goodwill to pick up on time!)

Discounts Available

Sibling Discount: 10% (applied to total bill of eldest child)

Full Week Discount (For children attending Mon-Fri, before & after school): 5%

Fees are calculated according to a monthly average on the basis of: Weekly Fee x 52 / 12 = Monthly Fee

When you register your child you will be asked to fill in a Direct Debit mandate. This means that payments are withdrawn from your bank account on the first working day of the month, giving you peace of mind that fees are taken care of automatically.
We happily accept childcare vouchers from all registered voucher providers.

Key Dates in the Month

All fees are due monthly in advance prior to the start of the month.

20^th of the month previous	Invoices for next month are emailed out to parents to double check Any partial or full payment of fees (such as those made by childcare vouchers) must be received before this point to be accounted for when initiating direct debits.
1^st of the month	All fees due in full – direct debits withdrawn.
