FAMILY

Our first value as a nursery is family. Family can mean a whole lot of different things to people, sometimes positive and negative, but for us, it’s belonging, building relationships & having fun together!

We work hard to create a nursery where every child, parent and team member truly feel like they belong to a family-from-family! This includes building strong relationships, where everyone is known and celebrated as an individual, with all their interests and curiosities. Finally, it’s a family where we have fun together, where we start each day with excitement and leave with a huge smile on our face!

INTEGRITY

Our second value is integrity. It underpins who we are, and it informs how we do life together every day. It starts with being authentic, where we say what we mean and mean what we say. It’s also about being completely transparent, where we strive to be completely open and honest, with everything great, and all the things that aren’t so good!

Simply put, we do what we say and say what do, because it’s vital to build trust and accountability in all areas of the nursery and business. We are committed to being authentic, completely transparent and fully trustworthy, being open and honest at all times with our parents & our team, as well as encouraging our team to be the same with each other.

ASPIRATION

Our final value is aspiration! We firmly believe in aspiring to be better and aiming for excellence in everything we do, constantly seeking to do the very best with what we have to hand. We won’t settle or be satisfied with mediocre or the ‘status quo’ – we constantly seek to evolve and improve. As a nursery, we have a commitment to never settling but will continue to develop and improve everything we do, being innovative in all areas!

Finally, we are passionate about what we do. We LOVE childcare, and have a vision to positively influence the lives of every child, family, team member and community we are involved in.

Our Ethos

Since we first opened as Muddy Boots Nurseries in January 2012, with only a few team members and a handful of children, we have always maintained a strong family ethos, a home-from-home feel. It’s something we believe to be at the heart of Muddy Boots and vital to our nursery, and equally as important at Pioneers Club.

We want the best for all our children, families, and our team. We have a strong emphasis on building a healthy team as we believe that: Happy Team = Happy Children = Happy Families. It’s not rocket science but we try our best to create a setting in which our team know that they are valued and supported, and not just there to do a ‘job’. A healthy, happy team creates a healthy, happy nursery environment and a positive friendly atmosphere for the children to flourish in
